Treatments / Spot Treatments Wood Injection: Wood injection applications have been used since the 1920s to treat drywood termite infestations which are accessible and detectable. A termiticide is injected into small holes drilled through any wood surface into termite galleries delivering the treatment directly to the termite population. This is the simplest and most direct method of treatment. We use Termidor SC which is the most effective termiticide in the business. Foam: Drill holes through drywall, between dry wall studs into wall voids, inject foam termiticide (Termidor SC) or Orange Oil, which is lethal to drywood and subterranean termites. Drill & Treat (Subterranean): Drill holes are made in the concrete slab, holes are spaced about one foot apart. A sub-slab injector, is then used to inject termiticide into the holes. Termidor, with its low-toxicity, is the most effective means of fighting costly and destructive subterranean termite infestations in your home. Termidor is a non-repellent substance that effectively kills the entire colony of subterranean termites. Trench (Subterranean): For a barrier around the exterior of foundation walls, termiticide is applied by rodding and/or trenching the soil using Termidor SC. Bait Stations (Subterranean): Rather than form a termicide barrier around the home, bait stations are used to target the termites. Stations are placed in the ground aprox 10ft apart and monitored regularly for termite activity. If termite activity is found, a toxic bait will be placed inside the monitor which is lethal to subterranean termites. Wood
Work Wood replacement allows for absolute removal of a drywood termite infestation if it is isolated to a wood member which can be detached relatively easily, as for example, a fascia board or a door. Make certain that there are no galleries leading to adjacent wood members, otherwise, they will also require treatment or removal. This is an area where we excel! Our customers have given us consistently high marks on our wood work projects. Whether we are doing wood replacement or wood repair, we ensure that the quality of our work is unmatched. Warranty Termite Work: One year guarantee of local treatments against re-infestation in the treated area. If there is a re-infestation we will retreat the area at no charge. Fumigations: Two year warranty against active re-infestation. If there is active infestation found after the fumigation we will re-fumigate at no charge. Pest Control Treatment: If pests return within 30 days of treatment, and after a reasonable period for the treatment pest control product to take effect, we will retreat at no charge. Large commercial structures are under separate contract; warranty will be determined within terms of the contract.
